Dr Parel explains the advantage of placing tilted implants, like eliminating need for grafting, facilitating immediate load, and increasing the A-P spread, and reviews expanded application possibilities depending e.g. on bone volume and density variations or sceletal and occlusion anomaly situations like e.g. ectodermal dysplasia and vertical maxillary tissue excess (VME).
